Claims

The XXX company provides members with a procedure for handling and managing complaints, the aim of which is to harmonize processing and facilitate exchanges between members and XXX.

If you wish to file a claim, please fill in the form available here, in French. Also, please prepare all media, contracts or documents justifying the reason for the complaint and the possible prejudice. This form and any annexes should then be sent by e-mail to the following address: lionel@resilientwater.club.

The XXX company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of 7 days of its receipt. It may ask you for additional information as part of its investigation into your deposit. You will then receive a reply within a maximum of 30 days.
